Hocking County Children Services serves families and children residing in Hocking County. Community education and child abuse prevention are two important tasks of Children Services, since the prevetion of child abuse and neglect are the agency's goals for families.

The agency office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

HOCKING COUNTY CHILDREN SERVICES' MISSION:

Hocking County Children Services Board proposes as its mission the PREVENTION of abuse/neglect of children through community education; the PROTECTION of children by agency intervention; and the PRESERVATION of families through the utilization of community resources and cooperation.
